This post is late, late, late!
Yesterday (Monday) I had a great start to the week, having just gotten off a very busy AND joyous weekend peppered with a bit of travel, a couple of Christmas parties, a promising new doc and a health breakthrough (that is, a new resolve to live out a healthy diet) for the hubby, Sunday (service) reminders to live purposefully, an opportunity to help, and a lovely movie (Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them was fun, not spectacular, with Eddie Redmayne showing his versatility yet again) date with bonus giant gummy bears and frozen yoghurt! Whew!
Anyway, that was the weekend, and Monday, oh it was special, too, and not only because it began with a wonderful breakfast work meeting 😀 Yesterday marked the beginning of a new chapter: I started processing my admission documents for my doctorate. Finally, I’m doing this, and I pray, I pray, I pray that I will finish and it won’t take me a decade to do so 
Lord, help me!
