How it works: Every Monday I will publish a Thank God, It’s Monday (TGIM) post and invite you to do the same–write about a TGIM insight or experience–on your respective blogs/social media accounts. You may share a link to your post at the comments section; then, on my next Monday’s post, I will include the links that you shared so that we can all encourage one another with our happy vibes! Sounds good?
There’s probably nowhere in the world where it’s still Monday, but I have to post this still. I actually forgot what day it was yesterday, having flown just 18 hours (plus layover time) to South Africa!
Anyway, yesterday was a blessed day, indeed. First, I arrived in Cape Town safely, with no glitches whatsoever in my trip. Second, I’ve only been here a little over 12 hours and I already know this place is gloriously beautiful. Third, I had a great dinner spent with team mates from all over the world; it was wonderful to catch up, and also to meet new faces.
I’m missing the hubby, though.
There’s much work in store for me this week, and along with it loads of opportunities to engage our ministry partners and to reflect on what we are doing. Personally I know I have much to think about, so I’m looking forward to having time for serious introspection.
Now on to work!
Okay, it’s your turn. Make your own TGIM post on your blog or FB page, and comment below with a link to said post. Or, if you wish, post your story/insight straight below.
Be blessed! 🙂
